Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His head has been shaved. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Lance took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Theodoric speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.
