History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Barkeep, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
