Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a black vest and prefers tan and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Clerebold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Clerebold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Clerebold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'4". He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a shield on his belt. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: 5'8" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a violet tunic with green highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: Standing 6'2", this man wears long strands of topaz and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bookbinder. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and expand his business

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'1". He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, and his gloved hand is found clutching a quarterstaff. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has money and likes to spend it
