History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Everard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's in love; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a brown tunic with grey highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a deep hatred of brigands

Outside of the suit he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a falchion on his belt. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Lewis was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
