History: Percival was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
