Outside of the suit he is dressed in an above average manner. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Heward was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
