History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Peter liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Brewer father left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy
