History: Dustin was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
