However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.

History: Diggory hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Diggory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
