History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Cook, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is greedy

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Godfrey's homeland. Godfrey decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carter profession.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Carter father left him crippled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister
