History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break
