History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Lance was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cook. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Anselm took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Ernest was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his son
