History: Gifted from a young age, Raymond studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. John was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
