Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and is pretty ugly. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears brown trousers with grey and violet striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His head has been shaved. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barkeep born in the past three hundred years. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Godfrey was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and expand his business

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Thomas took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has money and likes to spend it
