History: Don hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
