His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born in a small forest village. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
