History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A freak accident while working with his Scribe father left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Adelard was born with his mother's beautiful face. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears long strands of aquamarine and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
