History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shoemaker profession.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Alexandre was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to be a shoemaker again

Description: He tends to wear a large black jacket, and he perpetually has his dagger ready. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has worked as a Shepherd like his father before him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by his family; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears pastel leather gloves, a pastel jacket, and tight pants. His silver hair is long and unkept. He has brown eyes and a pastel hat with a brown feather.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Reynard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Reynard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
