History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When Percival reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. He became a Fortune-teller soon after.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
