He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This late middle aged man prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts and is in decent physical shape. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Tim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Adam was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dilettante but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trey was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against brigands

History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
