Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Shane was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shane grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shane. After months of barely getting by, Shane managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Aldous has worked very hard to control his curse. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'5" and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and money/treasure

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He usually wears his grey robe and has his shortspear always slung over his shoulder. His tied-back hair is brown. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
