Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Miles reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bellfounder.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He takes great joy in being the best Hunter in town.

History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now owns his own business.
