History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his religion dominates his actions

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
