Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a seamstress and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To end his boredom.
