Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is braided into rings. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Robert was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Henry was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
