History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Frederick took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to get a good night's sleep
