Description: A 6'5" southern man, he wears a black shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and blue pants. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Gerard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To be a Adventurer again; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has moderate length brown hair. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Peter and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he would like to get married and retire
