Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He wears a brown broad hat and brown clothes. He has a hunchback. He has wavy brown hair. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and revenge

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He sports a flattop hair cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wishes to resurrect an old love
