History: He comes from a rich southern family. Gerald was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerald decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This northern man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, John's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. He has moderate length silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Knight. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Apothecary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Apothecary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing his hectic life and new mason responsibilities is difficult
