History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adelard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Adelard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now mingles about in high society.
