Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Performer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a yellow coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second daughter.
