Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Gifted from a young age, Miles studied abroad. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
