Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Everard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Everard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He very much looks the part of a Barkeep, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. His red hair is singed and shortened. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Don embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
