History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Lance liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Raymond was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Raymond's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
