History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Aldous was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family
