History: Born to a Farmer, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hunter's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
