Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Servant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame and is in decent physical shape. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Geoffrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Geoffrey lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Geoffrey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Roger was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Shipwright like his mother before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a large violet jacket, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and regain custody of his daughter
