Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born in the north. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
