Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Stableman. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
