He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Bernard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of illithids

His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the west. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Henry alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'5" and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is black and curly. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Randal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Randal. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to reunite with his old friends
