Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Banker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, Reynard took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a rival would like him out of the picture
