Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and tan handkerchief worn on his right side. He has white hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends
