Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Percival is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
