History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Actor mother left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Charles was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
