Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. A freak accident while working with his Masseuse mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has worked as a Performer like his father before him.
