History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Henry grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Henry. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
