He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Arnold was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
