Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has no hair. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
