History: Dustin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Ralf hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's in love

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fortune-teller. He has shaved his head bald. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tan trousers with black and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Heward enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others
