History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword, and is pretty ugly. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born into a rich family. Shane was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shipwright. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
